Valentine's Dinner

Winneshiek Wildberry Winery is pleased to present Chef Jeremy Farley who completed his studies at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Minneapolis. He has prepared food in such restaurants as KAFE 421 (Mediteranean) and Wolfgang Puck's 2012 (Asian Fusion) in Minneapolis and most recently Wolfgang Puck's Spago (Italian) in Avon Colorado.

Chef Jeremy is planning a four course dinner. Each course will be paired with a different wine. Courses include:

• Cauliflower soup with croutons, balsamic vinegar and fresh ground nutmeg.
• Julienne Salad with pears, apples, fennel, frisee dates, blue cheese, pine nuts, balsamic vinegar and basil oil.
• Beef tenderloin with horse radish sauce, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
• Dessert will be a decadent chocolate.

Dinner will be served from 5 - 9 pm on Saturday, Feb. 11th.
